yes a good movie ..later a series on usa network also remade as POINT OF NO RETURN in U.S...but also as BLACK KAT in asian cinema i actually found all 3 to be good movies with FONDA"S being,(in my opinion)the more stylised or glossier send up (though all 3 have an edginess to them )and BLACK CAT being the more hard edge of the 3 with it opening at a truck stop diner as opposed to the other 2''s taking place at a small store/pharmacy |

This was good, but nearly as good as LEON (aka the PROFESSIONAL in the U.S.). The movie was remade as POINT OF NE RETURN with BRidget Fond which could almost be classified as SCIENCE FICTION because we''re supposed to buy Bridget as an action star.
LE FEMME, the original, is a great story. Well played action. And LEON''s "cousin" makes a cameo as a CLEANER in Paris. A lot of fun to watch and the direction from LUC BESSON. |
