Formats
AVI ,or Quicktime,MPEG or MPEG 4 on a
CD.
If you're submitting a CD , copy your pics on there as well.
(Most ideal and best quality)
Or if you have a 1/2 (VHS) tape of your
video, then send that in. If it's a feature (i.e. more than an
hour) , make a trailer of it that is less than 10 minutes.
